GENERAL
By using the website “Aicha Art Gallery” you agree to the teams and conditions specified below. You can opt-out from using the service at any time.
By creating an account with the purpose of acquiring works of art from the online shop, you willfully agree to share the information needed in order to process your orders in the most efficient and transparent way possible.
1. Products
1.1. Aicha Art Gallery sells works of art exclusively from the me - Aicha Haddouchi. I reserve the right to occasionally add products from other artists when those are complementary to the collections and paintings presented on the website.
1.2. In accordance with Bulgarian law, in case the painting needs to leave the country it will come with a certificate from the National Arts Gallery in Sofia, Bulgaria. A copy of the certificate comes attached to a visible place on the packaging, so that it can be processed as needed by the customs’ authorities.
2. Contractual agreement
2.1. Placing an order by contacting me at contact@aicha.gallery is recognized as a clear intent to buy a product in return for the corresponding payment. You will receive a confirmation that your order has been received.
2.2. As soon as the payment is confirmed you will be notified that the order is being processed, thus establishing a contract between us.
2.3. Every effort has been made to show my paintings with highest degree of colour accurately as possible. Hence, please consider other factors, such as the display being used and its settings. Therefore, no guarantee is henceforth provided that the display used to visualise the painting will accurately reflect the paintings’ true colour and tones.
2.4. Any contract that we enter into is covered by Bulgarian law.
3. Purchases
Your purchase is processed in accordance with the following terms:
3.1. You can place an order by contacting me via email at contact@aicha.gallery, phone (+359 889 89 33 81) or the contact form.
3.2. After your order is received there is a period of up to 5 working days for the product to be sent (10 business days in case the painting should be certified by the National Arts Gallery in Sofia, Bulgaria).
3.3. The delivery cost is calculated based on the shipment address, delivery option, size and weight of the product. This cost will be communicated by email and added to the final price.
3.4. Although art is not subject to additional customs charges, it is your responsibility to contact your local authorities and inform yourself of potential additional costs. Covering those costs in entirely your obligation.
3.5. Payment is accepted by a bank transfer (BG19UNCR70001598028944), MoneyGram, Western Union.
3.6. When your order is complete you will be notified about the dispatch data (not more than 10 business days after payment is received).
3.7. After the shipment is initiated you will receive an email with the shipment tracking number so that you can follow the product’s location at any time.

4. Shipping conditions
4.1. Goods will be delivered to the address given on your order. Make sure you are present at the same address in order to accept the purchased goods (normally from 9:00am to 6:00pm; Monday to Friday). I will not accept the responsibility for any loss or damage in case you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
4.2. Discarding packing materials is entirely your responsibility.
4.3. After two failed delivery attempts (or if you are not at home for an agreed delivery) the goods may be returned to my address. In such cases I reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.
4.4. In case you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched you will be charged for the cost incurred for redirecting the goods.
4.5. Goods must be checked on delivery and any damages reported to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
4.6. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let me know as soon as possible.
4.7. Sometimes, for reasons beyond mine or the courier’s control I may be prevented from delivering your goods. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers.
5. Cancellation & Refund policy
5.1. You have the right to return the product you have purchased and request a refund for the amount of the product itself. Delivery costs are not refunded. In order to receive a refund, you need to contact us not later than 14 days after receiving your product and request a refund.
5.2. The product needs to be sent back withing 14 days after cancellation to the address below and all delivery costs should be covered by the purchaser:

5.3. All returned goods must be packaged adequately in order to protect them from damage.
5.4. When received, the product will be inspected for any possible damage and if such is found it would decrease the amount of the refund with an adequate value. Refunds are received up to 5 business days after the product is received.
